A seasoned heavyweight director and business achiever, Paul has many years of experience in private and public sectors ranging from banking and insurance to telecommunications and the television industry. He has advised some of the world’s major corporations and made significant contribution to current best practice in several fields including global transformation, governance and corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Hanover Partnership, Paul was based in the Swiss corporate headquarters of Zurich Financial Services (ZFS) for 10 years. His roles included Chief Strategist & Architect and Head of Corporate Strategy Alignment. Paul has a reputation for inspirational leadership, people-motivation, innovation and creativity with sound capital market awareness. Paul is particularly respected for his strong contribution to thought capital, his sound and far-reaching strategic thinking and his guiding influence as a corporate mentor.

Paul’s 10-year executive background with ZFS is built on the solid foundation of a strong, 15-year, top-tier consulting background that includes Arthur Young McClelland Moores (now Ernst & Young), Robson Rhodes and the Hay Group.
