Eric Blaire
An education professional with over 30 years experience in teaching, advising, curriculum, professional development, assessment, inspecting, project management and policy, at school, local authority and national level. Eric has a commitment to improving the quality of young people's learning. A School Improvement Partner approved for secondary schools and an OfSTED inspector, he serves on the EdExcel Malpractice Committee and EMIE (Education Management Information Exchange for NFER) Advisory Committee. Formerly, Senior School Improvement Officer and 14-19 Strategy Manager London Borough of Hillingdon, where he also served as Senior Secondary Adviser. Eric holds a PhD in the Philosophy of Mathematics Education, an Advanced Dip.Ed in Educational Psychology, and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy with Mathematics. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Member of the General Teaching Council (England).
Tony Brister
Until May 2007, Tony was Director of Educational and Training Services for the Army, in the rank of Brigadier. His responsibilities included policy for, and delivery of, learning and development across the Army. This covered the whole range of professional and elective learning from basic skills to higher education. It included responsibility for accreditation of military training to civilian qualifications, resettlement of Army personnel to civilian life at the end of their service, youth policy, and an advice and governance role in children's education. Tony holds the ILM level 7 diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching, is a practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), graduate Army Command and Staff College (master's level), and holds a postgraduate certificate in education (FE). He is CBE, Fellow Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), Fellow Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Patricia Caldwell
A former hotelier, Patricia is a consultant, executive and personal development coach. She has over 12 year's experience at senior level within the hotel industry, and previously within the education sector. In her former role as hotel manager with Le Meriedien chain, she had responsibility for producing high executive team performance through coaching and facilitating. Patricia has secured a reputation for managing teams effectively and creating a motivational environment. A skilled and inspirational public speaker, she has by invitation, spoken on the importance of coaching, her work on individuation, and other personal development subjects, to various leading institutions in conjunction with organisations such as the hotel industry, BT and others. Patricia is a personal development coach with Hanover Foundations, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching (AC) UK.
Viv Chitty
A highly qualified and respected executive coach, mentor, consultant and trainer, Viv has many years of experience in the public and private sectors and has built a solid and impressive portfolio of corporate and individual clients over several years. Focusing on the motivation and welfare of employees and helping executives and managers address their performance and specific work-related issues, Viv coaches at many levels from boardroom down in a variety of contexts. In addition, she has considerable experience designing and delivering training programmes with an emphasis on personal development. Viv is a psychology graduate with postgraduate and professional qualifications in counselling and coaching.
Tony Easton
Formerly, a marketing director whose career spanned 6 countries and 22 years in the financial and media sectors. Tony worked at CIGNA, Reuters, Nat West, and latterly at Societe Generale where he was the marketing director at launch, then managing director of a City based internet start-up. Tony retrained as an executive coach under Miles Downey, and is accredited via the University of Strathcylde. He specialises in group coaching and facilitation, 1 to 1 leadership programmes, and offers a marketing consultancy. Markets include financial, retail, engineering, publishing, promotion, and education. Aspects of his work involves Tony using Insights psychological profiling tools, and the 360 degree feedback survey solution.
Petal Felix
Prior to her current career, Petal was an award winning producer/director of television documentaries. Trained and worked for the BBC, as well as independent production companies for over 16 years. Her role at the BBC included mentoring students interested in pursuing a career in media. Petal's programme making was mainly on social issues, and she traveled the world in making documentaries. More recently, Petal has focused on helping people in building personal development skills. In this, she has made full use of her filmmaking career. Her work is diverse and often highly challenging. This includes coaching young offenders in prisons across the South East of England, and delivering filmmaking courses to businesses looking for new and creative experiences. Petal has a post graduate degree in coaching and development, and is a Hanover Foundations coach.
Kathryn Hodnett
Kathryn is a highly experienced executive coach and top team facilitator. She has broad experience in leadership development and advises private sector organisations on managing change from a human capital perspective. Kathryn has been Board member and HR Director for a Group of companies operating across several industries. Her first-hand experience of boardroom issues gives Kathryn direct insight into the challenges facing many of her clients. This builds on ten years experience as an associate and senior consultant in management development and outplacement. Kathryn’s early career as a graduate entrant in Marks and Spencer saw a succession of HR management appointments culminating in her joining Ed Williams in leadership development and learning. Kathryn holds professional qualifications in coaching and allied disciplines.
Jane Lewis
Jane is a coach, consultant and trainer with over 20 years' international experience in the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors. She combines a background in HR and the 'softer' side of change management with extensive experience in business transformation, marketing strategy, and IT consultancy. Jane's management experience includes Esso Petroleum, Cockett Marine Oil, Logica and OASIS.  She has a commitment to 'giving back' to society, and to this end has worked/volunteered with various organisations including Centrepoint, Crisis and Broadway. Jane is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), an Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching, and a certified trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). An MBA, Jane holds a diploma in stress management and is a trustee of Resource Information Service, a London based charity.    She has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design.
Margaret Lloyd
A performance coach and leadership consultant, working with senior teams, and coaching directors and CEOs on a 1:1 basis. Margaret has a particular interest in organisational leadership development and specialises in business performance and leadership development. Margaret has a background in public service, initially in teaching, and then in senior roles within the Inland Revenue. There she led major change initiatives, implemented quality assurance, and directed  a major programme of change in central policy areas, while coaching senior directors. She has worked across sectors, including central and local government, education, media, police, and charitable and voluntary organisations. Margaret is an accredited coach from the School of Coaching certificated by the University of Strathclyde, a founder member of the Institute of Leadership, an associate and speaker for the Campaign for Leadership, an MBTI accredited practitioner, Fellow Institute of Quality Assurance, and a qualified coaching supervisor.
Sheridan Maguire
A business performance coach for 10 years, Sheridan has a particular interest in organisational leadership development. He has worked across sectors including central and local government, the arts, banking and financial services, the police, power industry, NHS, local and national charities. Sheridan designs and runs workshops, coach training programmes, senior strategy meetings, and training days/action learning sets, and coaches directors and CEOs on a 1:1 basis. He is a faculty coach and programme leader for the School of Coaching, one of the UK's most respected coaching organisations, and an associate consultant to the Campaign for Leadership at the Work Foundation. He is a certified coach (University of Strathclyde), an MBTI accredited practitioner, a qualified coaching supervisor, and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Sheridan is a contributor of articles on coaching in journals including Managing Best Practice, and the Journal of Change Management.
Corinne McGee
A coach, consultant and trainer with over 20 years experience in local government, where she was responsible for the strategic development needs of two directorates, and had corporate responsibility for customer care and human resources training. Corinne set up her own consultancy in 2004, and is passionate about helping people realise their full potential. She specialises in developing entrepreneurs within SMEs, and is a business coach for Her Business Centre, an East London organisation supporting women in business. For her work with this organisation, Corinne was awarded 'Her Business Woman of the Year' in February 2005. She is a consultant for the Centre for Excellence in Leadership, and holds a diploma in coaching, certificate in education, and a diploma in management studies. Corinne is a certified master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a member of the International Coach Federation.
Jan Morrison
A performance coach and leadership consultant, Jan's career spans more than 20 years in education. She has a particular interest in the organisational leadership development of schools, specialising in confidential performance and leadership development for headteachers, deputy headteachers and governors. Jan has led and managed a wide range of schools, including independent, selective and comprehensive schools, and schools in challenging circumstances. She is well-versed in the creation and management of step-changes to improve performance, and brings that experience to her performance coaching role. Jan has a masters's degree in education, tutors on the National Professional Qualification for Headship, and is an accredited School Improvement Partner.
Maureen Stevens
Maureen is a professional development consultant working in the education sector, and is a Regional Co-ordinator for Hanover Foundations. She also provides personal development coaching and group workshops in London secondary schools. Maureen started her career with Prudential Assurance in overseas life insurance, and then in human resources. She has a wealth of experience in secondary education, both as a teacher and senior manager. Her last teaching appointment was as assistant head in a large London secondary school. Her work in schools included responsibility for initial teacher training and staff development, and she has also worked to establish education and business links, and the accreditation of Investors in People. Maureen has a diploma  in psychotherapy, and is a member of the Association of School and College Leaders (previously the Secondary Heads Association).
Joy Wright
Joy is a successful personal development coach working in the education sector and Operations Director of the charitable trust, Hanover Foundations. An early career ascending the management ladder within the telecommunications and finance industries taught Joy that her true passion is working with people to develop their personal skills and build strategies for success. From pioneering and developing successful team development programmes in the corporate sector, Joy went on to train as a psychotherapist. She now devotes her professional passion and energy to the development of both teachers and young people in full-time education. Member European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), a Clore Leadership Coach, and an MBTI accredited practitioner.
