Serena specialises in talent development and performance management from boardroom to trading floor. She has considerable public sector experience and is chief executive of an influential and highly regarded educational charity.

In addition to being Chief Executive of Hanover Foundations, Serena is a Trustee of The Philological Foundation.

Serena advises on talent development and performance management in UK organisations, both in the public and private sectors. She has successfully combined commercial and academic careers, and recently co-authored a Level 2 Award in interpersonal skills, which has been accredited by QCA.

As a shareholder/director, Serena has built and developed companies in the UK and Middle East and has acted as adviser to start-ups and developing businesses. She has specialised in advising women entrepreneurs within both existing organisations and in new ventures.

Lived and worked in Middle East for 10 years, where she ran a number of successful organisations.
